You consent to the arbitration being conducted in the county of Coconino, Arizona. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or ATJ may seek any interim or preliminary equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the county of Coconino, Arizona, necessary to protect the rights or property of you or ATJ pending the completion of arbitration.
